JOB PURPOSE
The B2B Stock Controller is the HQ-based operational brain behind all B2B and Schools order fulfilment. This role acts as the critical link between account managers, planners, the warehouse outbound team, finance, and suppliers - ensuring that every order is planned accurately, tracked meticulously, and dispatched on time and in full (OTIF).
While the B2B & Schools Outbound Team Lead owns the physical execution in the warehouse, this role owns the upstream planning, system accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination that makes execution possible. Together, these two roles form a complete end-to-end B2B & Schools fulfilment engine.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Social Media Strategist exists to own and lead social media across the Old School family of brands, ensuring each brand shows up with a distinct identity, consistent voice and a strategy that drives real business results. This role is the connective tissue between creative direction and execution — turning marketing vision into scroll-stopping content that converts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management
• Day-to-day management of multiple brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Own and maintain forward-planned content calendars for each brand, ensuring posts are submitted for partner approval well ahead of schedule.
• Ensure every brand shows up with consistency, intention and energy across all channels.
Creative Insight & Trend Forecasting
• Stay ahead of what is working across social and paid channels — not just what is trending now, but what is about to trend.
• Identify scroll-stopping formats, hooks and content types before they peak, and feed those insights into UGC briefs and paid media creative strategy.
UGC & Content Strategy
• Manage briefs for retained UGC creators, ensuring content is aligned with broader campaign direction and directly supports paid media strategy.
• Know what hooks and formats are performing, and adapt quickly.
• Oversee EGC strategy across brands.
Paid Media Collaboration
• Work closely with the paid media team to ensure organic and paid strategies are cohesive and complementary.
• Translate organic content into effective ads and use data to drive decisions quickly, with the goal of maximising revenue through smart, informed paid media strategy.
Influencer Management
• Support the planning and execution of influencer campaigns across brands.
• Manage outreach, briefing and deliverable tracking, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Education & Qualifications
• A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field (advantageous).
Experience
• Proven experience in social media strategy, managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
• Solid experience in paid media strategy with a clear understanding of how to drive revenue through social channels.
• Experience managing UGC creators and briefing content for paid use.
• Experience in influencer management from outreach through to reporting.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to read performance data and act on it quickly.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball.
• Strong collaborative instincts — insights must flow naturally into the wider creative and paid team.
• A genuine passion for staying ahead of what is working in social and paid media.
Tools, Systems & Industry Knowledge
• Deep, up-to-date knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn — including algorithm changes and emerging formats.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• A solid understanding of UGC and EGC strategy as it relates to paid media performance.
Essential for Success

Role Overview
