All purchases made between 24 November, and 2 December 2025 are considered final sale.
This applies to both discounted and full-priced items purchased during this period.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any order placed within this window, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be reviewed and processed once received.
2. Price Adjustments
Prices and promotions may change throughout the week.
We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds due to price changes or later discounts applied to products purchased earlier in the week.
By placing an order during this period, customers acknowledge that product pricing may vary day-to-day.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear images of the issue and your order number in your email to our customer service team.
Once received, your return will be reviewed and processed within 5 business days.
4. Condition of Returned Defective Items
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with labels and tags still attached.
Products must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or makeup stains will not be accepted.

Black Friday FAQ's
1. Can I change my order? Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes.
2. Can a store keep a product aside for me if it is sold out online? We cannot hold products during the Black Friday period (27 Nov – 2 Dec 2025).
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive? Please allow up to 10 days for dispatch, and 2–5 days for delivery from the day the courier collects.
4. When an item is out of stock, will it be made available again? Once an item is marked out of stock on the website, there will be no further releases of that item.
5. Can I reserve items in my cart? No. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Stock is only allocated for 5 minutes.
6. Can I use my gift card during Black Friday? Yes, you can use your online gift voucher to complete your purchase.
7. What happens when I receive an ‘Out of Stock’ email? Due to high order volumes and fast-moving stock, discrepancies can occur. If an item is unavailable, our customer service team will process a refund for the out-of-stock item.
8. How long does a refund take to reflect? Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
9. Can I cancel my order? Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel the order. .
How does sizing work?
We offer sizes ranging from Small to 4XL for men and XSmall to Large for women.
Our products typically fit true to size, but if you prefer a looser fit, we recommend going up one size.

3. How do I earn Discovery Miles when shopping at Old School?
