Black Friday Return & Exchange Policy 

To ensure a smooth experience during our busiest period, please take note of the following return and exchange terms specific to the week of 24 November -2 December 2025.  


 
1. Final Sale Period 

  • All purchases made between 24 November, and 2 December 2025 are considered final sale.
  • This applies to both discounted and full-priced items purchased during this period. 
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for any order placed within this window, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be reviewed and processed once received.  

  

2. Price Adjustments 

  • Prices and promotions may change throughout the week. 
  • We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds due to price changes or later discounts applied to products purchased earlier in the week. 
  • By placing an order during this period, customers acknowledge that product pricing may vary day-to-day. 

  

3. Defective or Incorrect Items 

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear images of the issue and your order number in your email to our customer service team. 
  • Once received, your return will be reviewed and processed within 5 business days

  

4. Condition of Returned Defective Items 

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with labels and tags still attached
  • Products must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or makeup stains will not be accepted.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be reviewed and processed once received.  

 

5. Standard Policy After 2 December 

  • Orders placed after 2 December 2025 revert to our standard return and exchange policy
