We offer sizes ranging from Small to 4XL for men and XSmall to Large for women. Our products typically fit true to size, but if you prefer a looser fit, we recommend going up one size. Please see our size guide for the exact measurements.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Head of Logistics to take full ownership of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in stock management, systems optimization, and automation, with a strong leadership background to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse processes. This individual must possess both technical expertise in warehouse systems and the authority to drive discipline and accountability across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Leadership & Process Management

Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.

Implement rigorous processes and standards to maintain a high level of performance and organization.

Drive operational discipline - ensuring all staff comply with set procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.

Establish KPIs and ensure team accountability in achieving operational excellence.

Stock & Inventory Control

Oversee the inbound and outbound stock flow ensuring accurate receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.

Implement strict inventory control measures to reduce losses, discrepancies, and inefficiencies.

Optimize stock movement and replenishment strategies in collaboration with procurement and sales teams.

Systems & Automation

Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to drive efficiency and accuracy.

Identify technology and automation opportunities to streamline operations.

Ensure proper system integration between stock control, sales, and logistics.

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse and logistics teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

Set clear expectations and drive discipline, efficiency, and accountability among staff.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and operational best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse operations, logistics, or stock management at a senior level.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of enforcing structure and discipline in warehouse environments.
Expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Cin7 (DEAR).
Experience in automation and process optimisation within a warehouse setting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ability to lead with authority while maintaining a positive and results-oriented team environment.
Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in retail, e-commerce, or high-volume distribution centers.
Background in implementing operational methodologies.
Understanding of compliance, health & safety regulations, and risk management in warehouse environments.
