About the Role
As Head of Performance, you will report to Stef (Chief Marketing Officer and Co-
founder) and lead all aspects of paid advertising, digital strategy, data analytics,
and performance marketing. Your goal? To scale revenue, optimise ROI, and turn
data into actionable insights that drive success across all digital channels.


Key Responsibilities


Performance Marketing & Paid Media:


● Develop and execute a high-impact paid media strategy across Meta, Google,
TikTok, and emerging platforms.
● Optimise ad spend efficiency to drive growth, engagement, and revenue.
● Continuously test and iterate on ad creative, audience segmentation, and bidding
strategies.
Analytics & Conversion Optimisation:
● Own and analyse key performance metrics across all digital marketing
channels.
● Implement A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates and customer
acquisition costs.
● Use data-driven insights to refine campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
E-Commerce Growth & Funnel Optimization:
● Improve the customer journey from ad click to checkout, ensuring seamless
experiences.
● Develop retargeting strategies to maximise customer retention and lifetime
value.
● Work closely with the Email & Retention Marketing Specialist to boost repeat
purchases.


Collaboration & Leadership:

● Work with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
● Collaborate with Stef and the marketing team to align performance goals with
brand objectives.
● Lead and mentor a team, driving a culture of data-driven decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
● 5+ years experience in performance marketing, paid media, or e-commerce
growth.
● Proven track record of scaling paid ad campaigns with strong ROAS.
● Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and emerging
platforms.
● Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, attribution models, and
marketing analytics.
● Experience in A/B testing, CRO, and digital funnel optimisation.
● Passion for sports, lifestyle, and culture-driven brands.

We're Hiring: Creative Director at Old School

Old School is looking for a Creative Director to lead and execute our creative vision across all brand, campaign, and content initiatives. About the Role

As Creative Director, you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and oversee a dynamic team including the Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and Email & Retention Marketing Specialist. You will also collaborate with our Retail and Operations teams to ensure brand consistency and impact across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Brand Identity:

  • Develop and execute the brand’s creative vision in partnership with Stef.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs (social, campaigns, activations, retail).

  • Ensure all content is on-brand, engaging, and optimised for performance.

Campaigns, Ads & Content Production:

  • Write scripts for ads, campaigns, and social media content.

  • Manage UGC direction to ensure influencer and organic content aligns with the brand.

  • Oversee the creative execution of paid ads, ensuring performance-driven content.

  • Lead planning and execution of product launches, collaborations, and activations.

Retail, Schools & B2B Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute retail marketing strategies to drive in-store engagement.

  • Oversee marketing for Old School Schools (SuperSport Schools partnership), ensuring branding, activations, and school collaborations align with company goals.

  • Craft creative marketing strategies for the B2B division, positioning Old School as the go-to brand for premium corporate apparel.

  • Ensure seamless execution of collaborations and partnerships to maximize brand exposure.

Shoot Planning & Coordination:

  • Work with Marketing Manager to coordinate high-quality photoshoots and video production.

  • Brief Marketing Manager on creative direction, partnerships, and launch timelines.

  • Ensure shoots align with key product launches, partnerships, and marketing timelines. 

Performance-Driven Content & Collaboration:

  • Partner with the Head of Performance Marketing to analyse content effectiveness.

  • Experiment with new content formats to optimise engagement and sales.

  • Use data-driven insights to inform creative decisions. 

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and inspire internal creatives, agencies, and freelancers. 

  • Provide guidance to Digital Marketing Manager (this is what Ruth is called) Social Media & Influencer Marketing) on UGC direction

  • Work alongside the Chief Marketing Officer to develop big campaign ideas while managing day-to-day creative execution.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in creative direction, brand marketing, or content strategy.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing high-impact campaigns, social media content, and paid ads.

  • Ability to craft compelling scripts and direct content creation.

  • Experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, and activations.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team.

  • Data-driven mindset with an understanding of content performance metrics.

Department: Sales / Business Development
Old School is on the lookout for a service-focused, detail-oriented B2B Account Manager to take ownership of two vital commercial channels: our individual B2B clients (corporate and bulk orders) and our wholesale/retail partners (stockists and retail resellers). This is a delivery-driven role focused on operational excellence, internal coordination, and nurturing long-term partner satisfaction.


Role Overview:
As a B2B Account Manager, your time will be split between two key account types:

  • Wholesale / Retail Partner Management – Providing outstanding service to our network of retail partners, ensuring their orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, and supporting seasonal rollouts and in-store readiness.
  • B2B Client Management – Supporting custom and bulk order clients by managing the full delivery journey from order to invoicing, ensuring a high standard of service and professional execution.

You’ll act as the key interface between the client or retail partner and our internal teams - ensuring orders move smoothly, communication is clear, and every touchpoint adds value to the client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Wholesale / Retail Partner Servicing:
●      Serve as the primary contact for wholesale stockists, managing their reorders, delivery timelines, and ongoing communication.
●      Work closely with planning, logistics, and sales to ensure accurate stock availability and smooth delivery coordination.
●      Support seasonal product launches with clear information, timelines, and proactive communication to retail partners.
●      Maintain wholesale account records, preferences, and sales patterns to anticipate needs and support partner growth.
Individual B2B Client Management:
●      Oversee the delivery and service of one-off or recurring bulk/custom orders for businesses and organisations.
●      Ensure seamless execution across quoting, ordering, fulfillment, invoicing, and follow-up.
●      Provide clear communication and proactive problem-solving to build trust and repeat business.
●      Support B2B clients with product suggestions, timelines, and seasonal opportunities where relevant.
Shared Responsibilities Across Both Channels:
●      Coordinate internal workflows and timelines to ensure all orders are delivered accurately and on time.
●      Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems, including communications, order status, and account notes.
●      Troubleshoot issues quickly and proactively, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
●      Relay product and process feedback from clients and partners to the relevant internal teams.
●      Contribute to the overall sales function by enabling repeat business and partner satisfaction.
Who You Are:
●      A highly organised, service-driven account manager or operations coordinator.
●      Confident managing multiple accounts and internal workflows simultaneously.
●      Great at building long-term relationships through clear communication and reliability.
●      Proactive in identifying potential issues and resolving them before they impact delivery.
●      Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
●      Passionate about the sportswear and retail space.
Requirements:
●      2+ years of experience in B2B account management, wholesale servicing, or sales operations.
●      Understanding of order fulfillment, delivery logistics, and customer service best practices.
●      Familiarity with CRM systems and sales process tools.
●      Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
●      Experience in retail, fashion, or fast-moving consumer goods is advantageous.

About the Role:

As Garment Technologist, you’ll play a key role in transforming product ideas into high-performing, well-constructed, and consistent garments. From fit development and quality assurance to supplier communication and production problem-solving - you’ll be the technical backbone of our product process.

You’ll collaborate closely with our design, buying, and manufacturing teams to ensure that every product we release meets our standards and exceeds customer expectations.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Technical Development & Fit

  • Own the creation of tech packs and product specs for all styles.
  • Lead fit sessions and ensure all garments align with sizing and grading standards.
  • Provide expert input on construction, fabrication, trims, and finishings.

Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Set, document, and enforce QA processes and quality benchmarks.
  • Analyse test reports and ensure fabric and construction meet durability and performance needs.
  • Oversee quality control processes for bulk orders and production runs.

Supplier Communication & Process Improvement

  • Provide clear feedback to suppliers and manufacturers during sample development.
  • Identify and solve production issues, making confident final calls on quality and construction.
  • Onboard new suppliers to Old School’s technical and quality standards.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with designers to translate creative vision into technically sound garments.
  • Partner with buying and warehouse teams on bulk checks, returns, and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Product and merch team to align product quality with brand goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in Fashion, Textiles, or Garment Technology.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Garment Technologist or Technical Developer role.
  • Deep understanding of garment construction, fit, and grading.
  • Solid experience working with fabric testing reports and QA documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organised approach to product development.
  • Excellent communication skills - especially in supplier collaboration.
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and working knowledge of PLM or tech pack systems.
  • Ability to work fast, juggle multiple projects, and keep quality high at all times.
