If we made an error in your order, our sincerest apologies. Please email us at support@oldschool.co.za with a photo as proof, and we'll send you a free return voucher. It's our responsibility, and you shouldn't have to pay for our mistake.
Need to Exchange or Return an Item?
By purchasing this voucher, you'll gain access to a special code and a direct link to our courier portal, streamlining your exchange process. Please note that, as a dedicated local brand, we're unable to cover the return fee, but we're committed to making your experience as seamless as possible. This only applies for returns in SOUTH Africa, not worldwide shipping.

Black Friday T's & C'S
1. General Terms & Conditions
- Black Friday sales will run from 25 November to 2 December 2024, with different sales and promotions dropping throughout the week.
- Old School makes no guarantees that any particular item will or will not be made available on sale on any given day.
- Discounts apply only to marked items and cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or offers.
- Stock is limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. No rainchecks or reservations.
2. Returns Policy
- No Returns or Exchanges: All items purchased during the Black Friday sales period are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of defective or erroneously sent items as required by consumer protection laws.
- Condition for Exceptions: Defective or erroneously sent items must be reported within 14 days of purchase or delivery and returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Old School will cover shipping fees for these returns.
- Customer Care: We recognize that our no-returns policy for Black Friday may seem overly strict, and we don’t want you to feel that way! If you experience a major issue and would like our customer service team to assess your special request, please fill out the following form: Link . 3. Online Orders
- Delivery delays may occur due to high demand during the Black Friday period.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or erroneously sent.
- Shipping fees for original orders are non-refundable.
