Good quality shirt but terrible customer service. Because I brought this on the Black Friday sale, OS refuses to exchange it for a bigger size. I purchased it as an early Christmas gift for my Dad, he tried it on and it doesn't fit but now that he is expecting this supporter's jersey for Christmas, I have to purchase a new one at the regular price and do what with the current one that OS refuses to exchange?? I feel like OS got too big too quickly and no longer has any regard for the circumstances of the individual customer
Design error❗️ The South African flag if made on portrait, the red is always on the left, Navy/Blue should be on the right.
Ordered two jerseys for Black Friday and only received one, despite being told the delivery was complete. No prior notification, no explanation before delivery was sent out and still no confirmation of a refund. Very disappointing service.
I have received my order with one top missing. According to the order three tops were shipped. I only received two
Placed my order ,didnt get any response to my order ,emailed 3 times asking when I should receive my order , 3 weeks later and 4th email still only automated reply , couldn't track my order as I didn't know who the courier was

It's actually laughable to ask for a review after a customer sent a complaint via email and still haven't received feedback. I ordered a jersey (that was in stock) during your Black Friday Sale and you canceled it because you didn't have the jersey in stock. How does that make any sense?!

My jersey faded significantly after the first wash. I'm not too upset given that it adds to the old school feel but it is something to bear in mind, nevertheless.

How long does delivery take?
Most local deliveries within South Africa arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. International deliveries are between 5-7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available to selected countries. You will be quoted a rate by one of our international shipping partners at checkout. Old School is not responsible for additional taxes or duties incurred by international shipments, these are payable by the customer.
