Good quality cap -- Great Springbok logo -BUT it is a very strange fit. Seems it needs at least 2cm more material around the whole cap - to fit properly! (Our experience anyway..)

Subject: Delivery Issue – Incorrect Handling of My Order
Dear [Old School / Dricus Team],
I have always received excellent service from Old School and remain a big supporter and collector of Dricus items. However, I am very disappointed with my latest order.
My orders value was over R6,500, which according to your policy should qualify for free delivery.
Despite sending several emails requesting home delivery (as usual), my package was still sent to Langebaan PostNet.
I specifically asked for it to be delivered in one or two packages to my home address.
Instead, Amarex delivered it to PostNet, and I was forced to pay R100 extra — which should not have been charged at all.
This situation has left me very frustrated, since I took the time to communicate my delivery preference clearly in advance.
Could you please clarify:
1. Why was my request for home delivery ignored?
2. Why was I still charged R100 when my order qualified for free delivery?
3. Who will take responsibility for this mistake, and how will it be corrected?

Most local deliveries within South Africa arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. International deliveries are between 5-7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available to selected countries. You will be quoted a rate by one of our international shipping partners at checkout. Old School is not responsible for additional taxes or duties incurred by international shipments, these are payable by the customer.
