Stillknocks Word Slops-Black

I order two pairs of Stillknocks shoes as a Christmas gift, received it 3 weeks later on the 23rd of December, with one pair of shoes too short and the pair I did receive was too small with no sizes on to see if it's the right size. I've sent two emails for a follow up to see if we can exchange the one pair and to follow up on the second pair that wasn't received and I still haven't received feedback.

My order came but the flops were not there I have sent emails but no reply. It was my first time ordering and so sad I got so disappointed, love my Kaizer chiefs jersey but disappointed.

Size are small. I have been trying to get in touched with you gus in order to exchange one of the sizes and your service is shocking to say the least.

I placed an online order on 1 December after being advised that delivery would take 8–12 days. The order status never changed from day one, despite multiple follow-ups.
I was repeatedly told that a team member would contact me — no one ever did. Communication was generic and unhelpful, even after explaining that the order was time-sensitive due to holiday travel.
The most unacceptable part is that my payment was taken upfront, yet I was only informed that one of the items (size 8 shoe) was out of stock on the day of delivery. This shows poor stock control and a complete lack of transparency.
To make matters worse, I was then told to wait another 7–10 business days for a refund.
My patience with their online support is gone. If you’re considering ordering online, think twice.

Its a small nine for a man. Quality is good for the price. I know it was Black Friday, but updates on order and delivery was terrible.
